Subscription payment terms
Services can be paid via a weekly, fortnightly or monthly subscription. You agree to pay the subscription fee in advance for the first period. After the initial payment, your subscription will automatically renew each period, and your payment method will be charged on the same day of the period, every period, until you cancel.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change the subscription price for existing clients. Any price change for existing clients will be communicated via email with at least three months' notice before the new rate takes effect.
Existing clients may cancel their services at any time before the price increase takes effect to avoid paying the higher price.
Please note that while the price for new clients may change, the price for existing clients will remain the same unless notified otherwise.
Non-payment
If a client fails to pay their subscription fees within a reasonable time period, their services will be suspended.
If The Interest Forest faces any unanticipated expenses while processing client payments, including but not limited to bank charges, these expenses will be reimbursed by the client.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription by sending us a request in writing at any time before the next renewal to avoid being charged for the following period.
Refunds
Clients are encouraged to contact us within a reasonable time period if they are unsatisfied with the service or if the service is not provided as described.
Refund requests should be made in writing, and we will assess each case in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
